What TrueMedia does

We build the tools Swiss brokers use to market a property: software to record it, images to present it and a website to publish it.

Publication is central. Enter a listing once and send it through interfaces to your selected portals, including SMG (Homegate, ImmoScout24), Immobilier.ch, Properstar, newhome, UrbanHome and free portals. One contract with TrueMedia, one invoice; paid portals are billed according to usage.

Around 400 brokers and 200 agencies use TrueMedia Agent. They publish around 1,700 properties per month and receive around 4,500 enquiries per month through this channel.

Why three products?

Because property marketing brings together three tasks: organising the information, showing the property and making it visible beyond the portals.

The software organises your properties. 3D images show a project before construction. The website presents your agency and portfolio.

A property entered in TrueMedia Agent feeds the agency website; images from TrueMedia 3D complete the development and individual property pages. The three products can also be ordered separately.

TrueMedia is based in Borex, near Nyon, in the canton of Vaud. Our team supports property professionals with Agent, 3D visualisation and websites.

Support is available in French and English, and in German through our representative for German-speaking Switzerland.

What we do not offer

We are not property brokers: we do not sell properties or take a commission on your sales. We do not buy or resell your leads.

We do not provide property management such as service-charge accounts, tenancy schedules or condominium administration.

We do not write your listings or translate your descriptions. The software sends your text to the portals.

How we work

Published prices

CHF 150.– per month for the software, itemised portal rates and CHF 1’000.– for a website. The quote specifies the scope and recurring costs.

Paid portals are billed by publication days. Select the portals for each property and stop publication when it is no longer needed.
