Your real estate website costs CHF 1’000.– and is hosted by TrueMedia. The quote specifies pages, languages, features, recurring costs and any custom development.
How are properties updated on the website?
With the full CRM, property publications and changes in Agent are automatically and immediately synchronised. Website-only clients receive Agent access limited to property management, which also feeds the website.
Can I have a website without the full CRM?
Yes. You receive an Agent account limited to your website’s properties. Manage photos, descriptions, prices and availability without the other CRM features. Access conditions are specified in your offer.
Why have a website if my properties are already on portals?
Your website presents your identity, services, team and portfolio on your domain and offers direct contact. Your website and portals are complementary channels that can be managed through TrueMedia Agent.
What content should I prepare and how long will it take?
Prepare your logo, company presentation, photos, languages and visual references. Timing depends on structure, content and approvals and is defined in the quote. The homepage is approved before development and launch takes place on the agreed date.
Can the website be multilingual and show 3D images?
Pages and listings can be displayed in the agreed languages, including French, German and English. Content is supplied in those languages; listings are not translated automatically. TrueMedia 3D images can enhance development and unit pages; 3D production is a separate service.
Can I connect an existing website?
Include your website address in your enquiry. We review its technology and connection options. The quote specifies management, hosting and maintenance arrangements.
